Is it troublesome to install a sauna room?
As a health device that improves the quality of life, more and more families choose to install sauna rooms at home. But many people are concerned about whether the installation process is complicated and whether a professional construction team is needed. In fact, the installation convenience of modern sauna rooms has been greatly improved, especially infrared sauna rooms and traditional sauna rooms with modular design, which can basically be installed and used immediately without the need for large-scale structural renovation of the house.
The installation of an infrared sauna room is relatively simple, mainly due to the following reasons:
Plug and play design: Most household infrared saunas use standard power sources, and ordinary sockets can meet the power supply needs without the need for circuit modification.
Modular assembly: The box is usually assembled from sheet metal, just like assembling furniture. It can be installed by oneself according to the instructions, and two people can complete the installation in 1-2 hours.
No need for drainage system: Infrared heating does not generate a large amount of steam, so no additional waterproofing or drainage measures are required.
Flexible placement: Single or double infrared sauna rooms have a small footprint (1-2 square meters) and can be placed on balconies, bedrooms, or even changing rooms without the need for a fixed location.
Although the installation of modern saunas has been simplified, there are still several factors that may affect the difficulty of installation:
Household circuit load: The wiring of old houses or apartments may not be able to support high-power equipment (such as traditional sauna stoves), and the capacity of the electricity meter needs to be checked.
Space limitations: Some sauna rooms require a minimum floor height of 2.2 meters, and small-sized units should choose foldable or low rise models.
Ground flatness: uneven ground may cause deformation of the room and affect the sealing, so it needs to be adjusted in advance.
